I am born and brought up in Chennai, with undergraduate done in Guindy Engineering College, Anna University. I had started my career in the field of sales, in telecommunication products and also associated with one of the largest manufacturer of computer hardwares.

Later I headed to sales and customer service in top firms in various verticals.

Parralely I did Digital marketing and Strategic management courses in IIM- Kolkata, in addition to various accredited certifications

like Bullet proof manager from crestcom, Sales expertise courses from Shivkera.

Teaching and training has been my passion and I am always attached to top institutions, as a guest faculty and teach marketing and other Management subjects.

Last fifteen years, I am associated with real estate marketing and sales, and had worked for companies like DLF and L&T

I have trained close to 500 sales guys in various companies where I have worked and some of them have become consistent achievers. At present I am offering consultancy services to small start up companies.I am also advising many young entrepreneurs who are on the threshold of their career.

Due to my fifteen years of association in the Real estate sales , I am in to this venture of training the sales team of real estate companies .I have also created structured courses for real estate sales acceleration . Crystallizing my experiences , I have created a model with a modular learning named as RESAP exclusively for Real-estate sales skills enhancement for upcoming young sales guys. This is a proven model which involves techniques and methodologies towards nurturing leads, follow ups, handling site visits and closing the sale using tools and techniques.
